No. 29 - So Still
And here lies a full heart
Do not disturb
Its gentle rest,
For peace has come upon it
Such as any man be blessed.
None can choose
When made a visit
By this unexpected guest.
Oh how few
Are receptive
To its knock upon their chest.
‘Tis not the end but a beginning
Which we do confess.
So still
So still
So still my heart
And be inspired yet
To count your days all the more
When they are numbered less.
